In October 2013, Sandstrom’s Director of Sales met with David H. Sutherland & Co, Inc. (DHSCO), Sandstrom’s West region distributor, to conduct product training. DHSCO’s domestic and international customer support staff and external sales force all participated in the full-day collaboration. Some of the topics included:
- Sandstrom’s History
- Basic DFL Formulation
- Performance Capabilities of Dry Film Lubricants
- Uses for Dry Film Lubricants
- Product Support Data (including Technical Data Sheets, Material Safety Data Sheets, MIL- and AS- Specifications)
Additionally, the associates working in the extensive warehouse and shipping departments were trained on shelf life, storage temperature limitations and stock rotation for DFL products.
Sandstrom was very impressed by the staff and operations at David H. Sutherland & Co, Inc. and is excited about continuing to develop the relationship in the future.
