Sign and Scoreboard Coatings

AQUA-POXY® 912 PRIMER Waterborne two-component fast dry epoxy primer with great adhesion to metal. Universal application over metal, concrete and extruded and pultruded plastics.  Recommended DFT is 0.4-0.8 mils on aluminum, 4 mils on exterior exposure steel and 2.5 mils on interior exposure steel. Aqua-Poxy® is recommended for ambient cure systems.

SANCRYL™ 520 ACRYLIC LACQUER Sancryl™ Series A520 lacquers are HAPS free solvent thinned products that dry to a tough durable finish with excellent resistance to UV radiation. Exterior coating life is 5 years ( bright red, orange, purple, and other bright organic colors) up to to 10 years (black, gray and white). Sancryl™ lacquer coatings are excellent for finishing scoreboards and signs, and as a urethane replacement. Made to order.

SANCRYL™ 300  Sancryl™ waterborne coatings are low VOC and cure to a tough durable finish with excellent resistance to UV radiation, depending on the color. Easy to spray apply and touchup. Made to order.

FEVER^™ Unrivaled exterior performance in a clear coating. FEVER™ is more versatile than Kynar® based fluoropolymer coatings. FEVER™ is based on two-component fluoropolymer technology. No baking is necessary. Available in GLOSS, SATIN, and MATTE finishes. Applied properly as a clear, aluminum sparkle, or as a solid color, FEVER’s protective properties will maintain its appearance outdoors for many years depending on the color, gloss and physical location. 20-year warranty is available.
FEVER™ and SATIN FEVER™ are recommended for use over properly primed metal.  Matte FEVER is designed for direct application to pultrusions.
