Toll Production
Sandstrom Coating Technologies has been toll manufacturing since the late 1960s for some of the world's largest paint manufacturers. Our capacity allows us to offer this service to multiple customers at once.
Private Label
Sandstrom Coating Technologies provides complete private label manufacturing for a wide range of retail, commercial and industrial coatings and adhesives. Sandstrom has provided private label manufacturing for major national retailers for over 50 years.
Lab Services
The Sandstrom lab offers ASTM testing for coating applications. Tests performed include, but are not limited to, Viscosity, Weight Solids, pH, Gloss, Weight per Gallon. Additionally, Sandstrom performs accelerated testing of cured coatings such as ASTM B117 Salt Spray and ASTM G-154 QUV Exterior Durability Testing. The Sandstrom lab is outfitted with specialized equipment to measure wear life and load carry capacity of Solid Film Lubricants, (ASTM 2625).

Sandstrom offers technical assistance to our customers in the areas of product selection, performance expectations and application techniques.
