Industrial & OEM Product Finishes HIGH PERFORMANCE CONTACT ADHESIVE: B200-E00 (and higher viscosity B202-E00) - Near Zero VOC (0.002 pounds per gallon) waterborne Neoprene (Polychloroprene) adhesive. Apply by roller, curtain coat, trowel, or spray. B200 is designed for for metal door construction, metal to paper gaskets, and other demanding applications. GASKET COATINGS AND ADHESIVES Sandstrom products a wide variety of gasket coatings and adhesives for automotive and marine gasket use. Substrates are head, transmission, carburetor, and other type gaskets. Our coatings are designed for paper, stainless steel, graphite paper, rubber/cork hybrid and others. UV CURABLE COATINGS We manufacture a complete line of epoxy and acrylate 100% solids and low-VOC waterborne UV curable coatings for plastic tubes, general plastic surfaces, interior metal, wood, veneer, wood flooring, paper, gasket paper, and rubber materials. AQUA-POXY® 912 PRIMER Waterborne two-component fast dry epoxy primer with great adhesion to metal. Universal application over metal, concrete and extruded and pultruded plastics. Recommended DFT is 0.4-0.8 mils on aluminum, 4 mils on exterior exposure steel and 2.5 mils on interior exposure steel. Aqua-Poxy is recommended for ambient cure systems. FEVER™ Unrivaled exterior performance in a long life paint. FEVER is based on two-component fluoropolymer technology. No baking is necessary. Available in gloss, satin, and matte finishes. Applied properly as a clear or as a solid color, FEVER’s protective properties will maintain its appearance outdoors for up to fifty years depending on the color, gloss and physical location. Matte FEVER is impeccable for application over many exterior substrates and structures due to its 20 year life (FEVER clear at 14,000 hours QUV using UVA-340 bulbs has less than 10% gloss loss!). Not all colors or gloss levels perform equally. However, ALL FEVER products greatly exceed the performance of any acrylic or polyester urethane. Made to order. GLAZON® 542 Clear MATTE LACQUER This HAPS free solvent borne lacquer is designed for use on plaster and concrete figurines, statues and sound concrete structures. For best results over new substrate apply one or two coats of our zero VOC Clear Water Sealer #20 before applying the lacquer. Your work will look great for decades when the two products are used as recommended. SANCRYL™ WATERBORNE ACRYLIC ENAMELS are available in LOW GLOSS, SEMI-GLOSS, and FULL GLOSS air dry finish coatings. SANCRYL™ waterborne coatings are low VOC and cure to a tough durable finish with excellent resistance to UV radiation. Exterior coating life is about 10 years. SANCRYL™ 300 ANSI GRAY #70 SHOULD LAST 20 YEARS. SANCRYL™ coatings are designed for scoreboards and signs, and as a cost effective, safe urethane replacement. For best results Aqua-Poxy® 914 primer or Sancryl™ 610 primer may be needed. Made to order. Sancryl™ 300 is well suited for use on wind turbine blades. SANCRYL™ ACRYLIC LACQUERS Sancryl™ Series A520 lacquers are HAPS free solvent reduced products that dry to a tough durable finish with excellent resistance to UV radiation. Exterior coating life is 5 years (bright red, orange, purple, and other bright organic colors) up to to 10 years (black, gray and white). Sancryl™ lacquer coatings are excellent for finishing scoreboards and signs, and as a urethane replacement. Made to order. Sancryl™ Series A520 White lacquer has superb UV resistance for use on wind turbine blades with enhanced blade aerodynamics. SILVER LINING® A low VOC waterborne EMI/RFI shield coating. Two mils, applied in one coat due to 60% volume solids, has a conductivity of less than 0.45 ohms/square cm. Adheres to most plastics. Used on military satellite dishes, reflectors, the aerospace industry, and by hobbyists. Sound Deadener Designed for use on truck cab liners and for quieting noisy environments. Need some additional sound deadening properties? This is the product to try. Latex based. Low in cost, high in performance. Made to order in drum or truckload quantities. Touchup Lacquer Our touchup lacquer was designed as a powder touchup lacquer for use by freezer and refrigerator manufacturers. FDA approvable. Made to order. Available in pails, gallon cans, and Valve Power touchup markers. Superb adhesion properties. Specialty VALVE POWER markers - Call Bob at 1-309-523-2121 for more information. 1) Our APPLIANCE TOUCHUP LACQUER has superb adhesion over original appliance coatings. Use it to hide scratches on any white appliance. FDA approvable formula makes Sandstrom's touchup the best choice. 2) GOLD BAR™ has the look of a forged gold bar. More lustrous and durable than conventional gold marker coatings. 3) Water Displacing Oil - Better then the "original" branded product. Use where an aerosol or squeeze can would create a mess. Perfect for bicycles, doors, windows, car parts, and wherever an all in one versatile oil is needed. 4) Sandstrom 28A Solid Film Lubricant - Free of toxic heavy metals. Applys wet and forms a smooth slick lubricating film when dry.
